Obituary of Tyler Philip Haudberg

Tyler Philip Haudberg Peru - Tyler Philip Haudberg, 4 year 11 month old son of Scott E. and Darci A. (Pickering) Haudberg, joined the angels Friday, March 11, 2011 at the Vermont Children's Hospital. The Haudberg family reside on the Union Road in Peru. Tyler was born in Plattsburgh, April 22, 2006. Despite all of Tyler's medical complications he always showed great strength and perseverance. He lived his life to the fullest. He was an inspiration and brought joy to the hearts of all that met him. He was a character, very animated in his actions. Without words he could show his emotions. He loved music, wearing hats, playing with small toy people, and dancing, especially with his mother. He loved playing with his brother who he affectionately referred to him as "Bubba". And he loved frogs of all kinds and received many as gifts during his life. Survivors include his parents; his brother and best friend, Dillon "Bubba" Haudberg; maternal grandparents, David and Darlene Pickering of Bangor; paternal grandfather, Tom Haudberg of Peru; paternal grandmother, Alyce Vaccaro of Freeport, LI; maternal great-grandmother, Elizabeth Pickering of Brushton; paternal great-grandparents, Madeline Haudberg of Elmont LI, and Rowena and Herman Snetlage of Ashville, NC; Aunts and Uncles, Glen Pickering and his wife, Francine, Kerry Pickering and fiancé, Robert King, James Pickering and wife Rayella, and Melissa and Patrick DiBartolo; special caregivers, Ruthie, Terri, and Stacey; and several great-aunts and great-uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Jenzel and Ethel Cook, and William Pickering; and paternal grandfather, Frank Haudberg. Calling hours will be held Monday, March 14, 2011 from 6 to 8 PM at the Hamilton Funeral Home, 294 Mannix Road, Peru. A prayer service will follow at 8 PM with Dr. Rev. Kenneth Parker, officiating.
