Many great childhood memories with Ron and his family. Irving used to help us build a big bomb fire on the hill and we would slide under the mooonlight and roast marshmellows and cook hot dogs.
Dot made so many bed dolls for us - I still have some of them.
It was a sad day when Lester emailed me to tell me that Ron had passed.
We had just been at our 45th high school reunion and Lester and I were still laughing about the night we went to the camp in E town and got pulled over by the State Police...Let was driving and both of us were too young...to be driving after sun down. Good thing we were pulled over on the side of the road...we still wonder where that camp was - thinking back it was like a big old castle to us.
We also laughed about our Senior trip and the big old trunk that Irving shipped to the Hotel Taft for us...
Ron I will nevber forget you I still have the scar on my wrist from the time you put the toad in the can and I sliced my wrist and we had to make a trip to the ER - I think we were about 6 then...playing behind your house...
My friend it has been many years and your name has come up in conversations many times - we had many good times together - Donna

Ron's quick wit and love of practical jokes will not soon be forgotten. Unfortunately for him diabetes was his cruelest joke. I will miss our lively debates and solving all local and world problems while I cut his hair.

Thanks Ron for always being the most wonderful and delightful person. I enjoyed our morning visits over coffee (while I was cooking breakfast) , and hearing the laughter of all of you on the stools..when I stopped cooking and left Plattsburgh I missed the customers most of all and you were one of them..Thanks for the memories..Your family will be in my prayers..

Joyce, I can't express how sorry I am for your loss. Today I remember all the great times i had together with you and Ronnnie.Homestead breakfasts, our trip to Saratoga and all the Nascar races we watched together on the week ends.Those great meals we always had.
