Vickey R. GonyeaMorrisonville - Vickey R. Gonyea, 52, of Shingle Street, Morrisonville died Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh.She was born in Plattsburgh, December 6, 1956.She enjoyed painting, crafts, camping, fishing, and motorcycle riding.Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Michael M. "Butch" Gonyea, whom she married December 31, 1976 in St. Peter's Church in Plattsburgh; one daughter and son-in-law, Carrie Jean and husband, William Brault of Cumberland Head; her mother, Beatrice Smart of Florida; her father, Albert and wife, Lucy Smart of Morrisonville; one sister, Mickey of Georgia; one brother, Ricky; two sisters-in-law, Yvette Gonyea of Peru, and Zorlanda and husband, Daniel Saucier of Morrisonville; and several nieces and nephews.At her request there will be no public calling hours or services. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family in St. Alexander's Cemetery in Morrisonville.Donations in her memory may be made to the Elmore SPCA or the Morrisonville Rescue Squad.Arrangements are in the care of the Hamilton Funeral Home, 294 Mannix Road, Peru. 643-9055
