Obituary of Patricia I. LaDuke

Patricia I. LaDuke Dannemora - Patricia I. LaDuke, 78, of The LightHouse, Bouck Street, Dannemora and formerly of the LaPointe Road in Chazy, died Sunday, May 17, 2009 at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. She was born in Plattsburgh, June 8, 1930, the daughter of David and Irene (DesJourdy) Souliere. Patricia was a loving and devoted homemaker, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed baking, cooking, playing bingo, and especially fishing. Patricia is survived by her two children, William LaDuke and wife Sue of Peru and Wilbert LaDuke and wife Deb of Keeseville; two grandchildren, Kelly LaDuke and companion Matt and Michelle LaDuke and companion Harold; two great grandchildren, Kaden LaDuke and Harold Houten III; her siblings, David Souliere and wife Ruth of Peru, Herbert Souliere and wife Donna Lee of Peru, Roy Souliere of Haines City, FL, and Ida LaTour of Pickens, SC; and several nieces and nephews. She was predecased by her parents; her husband Eugene in 1989 and her sister Evelyn LaDuke in 2008. There will be no public calling hours or services. A graveside service will be held at St. Augustine's Cemetery in Peru at a date and time to be announced. Donations in her memory may be made to St. Augustine's Church.
