I miss the simple things mostly. The sound of your voice. The feeling of your presence. The way u used to make me laugh even thought i didnt want to. No matter how scared you wer you always wanted to do something crazy with us. Like going to the cemetary and trying to talk to ghosts. The same one you will be buried in.
It hasnt gotten any easier since that day. I cry every night. First i laugh at the things you did, then i cry cuz i know you will never do them again.
Sometimes i feel like giving up, throwing in the towel but i know you wudnt want that.
I miss you now and i will miss you forever.

I met John when he was still a young child. I was dating his uncle, Pat, at the time. He was a sweet, polite little boy.
My heart goes out to his parents, Brian and Kimberly McGoldrick, and his younger siblings that he leaves behind.
My heart also goes out to their uncle, Pat. You could never find a kinder, sweeter, gentleman in the world. And someone that was down to earth and so into his walk with the Almighty Father. I know that this is hurting him very badly.
I know that John is in good hands now with our Almighty Father. And your entire family will be in my prayers and my pastor's prayers.
Love Always,
A sister in Christ

John John, I can't believe this it seems so surreal. I can't believe how something so horrible could happen to such a great person like you. I don't think you realized how much of an impact you made in the people surrounding you's lives in the past 16 years. With that sneaky little smile you have and that laugh that makes everyone else in the room laugh along with you. You were a great son to your parents, brother to your younger siblings, grandson to your grandparents, and friend to everyone else in your life. You were such a great person that didn't deserve this. You treated others the way they were suppose to be treated and were always willing to help anyone. I can remember when you were around 3 years old and it was family picture day. Your mom had dressed you up in your picture clothes and told me to watch you and make sure you didn't get anything on your shirt while she got Aleigha ready. Well of course you asked me if you could have a juicy box and I allowed you to. What do you know, you ended up dripping it all over your shirt. Yeah let's just say Mommy was not very pleased with me. It still makes me smile everytime I think about it. You will be greatly missed and there will NOT be a day where I don't think of you and the memories that we have had. Have fun up there buddy and watch over us. I love and miss you so much 'Bam Bam'!
Kimmie, Brian, Aleigha, Joshuah, and Jaycob, my deepeset sympathies go to you all. I know it's not going to help but I am so sorry for your loss. Your family did not deserve this. If you guys ever need anything please let me know. I'm always here for you guys. Like if you guys ever need help with the two boys I'm always around and do not hesitate to call. And Aleigha if you ever just want to go out and do something, like movie, shopping, dinner, call me! I'm willing to do anything, especially for you. I love you all so much! Again, I'm deeply sorry.

You were always a great friend no matter what the situation (you took after your mother). I wish I could say everything but i'm left speechless because of such a wide selection of positives that I loved about you. I know you will always be there-no one will ever let you die-but make sure you come visit me in my dreams and give me little signs reminding me your still here. I love you John you still meant so much to me. Save me one of your famous bear hugs for when I join you someday, then we'll start where we left off =]. Johnny I miss you and I love you. I won't say goodbye, enjoy the view and see you at the gates.

What words can I say,
To carry you through another day.
So many tears flow down my face, as I remember.
I take a deep breath and try to compose but break down because only a mother knows.
The loss you feel shattered your soul, you will never again be whole.
So many tears flow down my face as I remember.
I sadly mourn your loss, as I send prayers to the one who died on a cross.
The pain you feel will never go away, as you will always remember that day.
So many tears flow down my face as I remember.
He was a blessing to all who knew him and an inspiration to those who loved him. He IS loved, WILL be missed and NEVER forgotten.
My Dearest McGoldrick Family,
Although this is a heart wrenching time, please take comfort knowing that what Johnny Boy accomplished in his short time on earth is much more than what many adults ever accomplish, to love and be truly loved. When I walked into your home to offer my sympathy and support, I felt the warmth that can only come from the love of many, many people. Your son has touched us all in one way or another, whether it was being a great son or a true friend, one thing held true...Johnny Boy liked to laugh and make people laugh. With each day that goes by, your strength will grow and when you begin to smile again, know that is what Johnny Boy would want. As God embraces your son, so shall we embrace his memory.

i didnt know John very long meeting him at the beginning of this school year when he joined my heavy equipment class. where we started to get along and became friends and became really close friends after i moved to mooers and became a student at nccs.where john was always there for me and i was always there for him. and he made my transfer to nccs alot more comfortable and introduced me to some of his friends. john was a very caring person with a big heart. i will miss him very much. gym and heavy equipment will never be the same. i plan to complete my certificate in heavy equipment for both john and i. i am sorry for your loss. i know words cannot take away what you are feeling now. but i hope that knowing how much he was cared for and how much he meant to many. helps to ease your pain. if there is anything i can do to help please let me know.

a man so close to me
and i need to to look
and watch over me
i can't hold my tears
and losing you
is one of my fears
so i'm gonna live it up for u
crack a couple beers
and cry my heart out
i'm missing you
and sittin here cryin
is all i can do
so if you can give me a sign
And tell me what to do
but forever your with me
hopefully im with you
all the good times and bad
You were always there
and what other people thought
you didnt really care
and to me
its all not really fare
but ima gonna live my life
like you'd want me to
i just wish i could live
still next to you
a friend so nice and honorable
even my mom loved you
no more cuddlin in your bed
or gettin ur head beat
to protect me
ill be missing you
save a spot up there for me
i'm missing you
and sittin here cryin
is all i can do
so if you can give me a sign
And tell me what to do
but forever your with me
hopefully im with you
i'm gonna miss huggin you
and wrestlin around
someone so caring
so profound
i cant go through life
noone your not gonna be here
since i was 12 i havnt cried
but now i cant stop a tear
but in my heart is wear ill keep u, so you'll always be near
