Joseph A. Belli, 83, formerly of Paine Street, Peru, died Sunday, April 23, 2023 at the UVM Health Network, CVPH in Plattsburgh.
He was born in Manhattan, March 9, 1940, the son of Primo and Eva Belli.
There will be no public calling hours or funeral service. Burial will be held at the convenience of his family in the Cypress Hill Cemetery in Brooklyn.
Arrangements are in the care of the Hamilton Funeral Home, 294 Mannix Road, Peru, 643-9055.
