
Obituary of Pamela Jean Baker

Pamela Jean Baker, 63, formerly of Cane Street, Champlain, died Saturday, April 1, 2023, at the home of her sister and brother-in-law, State Route 11, Mooers Forks, under the loving care of her family and Hospice of the North Country.
She was born in Plattsburgh, February 5, 1960, the daughter of the late, Albert and Priscilla (St. Andrew) Belrose.
Pam enjoyed playing aggravation, poker, and gambling with friends and family. "Pammy" always spoiled her animals, Rainbow, Buddy and Pippi.
Left to cherish the memory of Pam are, two sons, Jared Baker and Matthew Baker, both of Champlain; sisters, Sherry (Michael) Baker of Mooers Forks, and Carmy Belrose of Ticonderoga; brother, Gary Belrose of Plattburgh; companion, Robert Seymour; and several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased, by her husband, Henry; sisters, Christine Belrose, Carol Farber, Judy Lamont; and brother, Rodney "Bobbie" Belrose.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday, April 5, 2023 from 11:30 to 1:30 pm at the Hamilton Funeral Home, 793 Gilbert Road, Mooers. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 2 pm at St. Mary’s Church in Champlain. Burial will be held later in the spring in the parish cemetery.
Donations in her memory may be made to the Champlain Fire Department.
