Charles Thomas DeLise, M.D., 77, formerly of Grave Avenue, Plattsburgh, died Monday, February 20, 2023, at the Elizabethtown Community Hospital.
He was born in Brooklyn, February 28, 2023, the son of Charles and Rose (Tardy) DeLise.
Charles was the former Chief of Radiology with the Associates in Radiology in Plattsburgh.
