Rolland H. Martin, 91, formerly of Willsboro, died Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at Meadowbrook Healthcare in Plattsburgh.
He was born in Essex, November 13, 1931, the son of Richard and Elda (Daby) Martin.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in the Memorial Cemetery in Willsboro.
Arrangements are in the care of the Hamilton Funeral Home, 294 Mannix Road, Peru, 643-9055.
