Obituary of Linda M. Bell

Linda M. Bell, 74, of Angelville Road, Mooers, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at her son’s home on the North Star Road under the loving care of her family and Hospice of the North Country. She was born in Plattsburgh on December 8, 1948, the daughter of Edward and Evelyn (LaForest) Blow. Linda worked many years as an LPN at Cedar Hedge Nursing Home in Rouses Point, NY; she also worked at Chazy Orchard, Chazy NY and A. N. Deringer Inc., Champlain NY. She loved to hunt and fish, loved garage sales, bingo and doing puzzles and attending Auctions. Left to cherish her memory is her son, David (Valerie) Bell of Mooers Forks NY; her daughter, Sandra (David) Kinney of Rotterdam NY; grandsons, Dustin (Jennifer) Bell of Mooers Forks NY and Ryan Sippel of Rotterdam NY; great grandsons, Dawson Nolette and Cullen Bell of Mooers Forks NY; her cousin, Candie (Stanley) Lashway of West Chazy NY; and her beloved cats, Sassy and Tailakins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Maurice Bell of 42 years; her mother-in-law, brother-in-law, aunts, uncles and cousins. Honoring her wishes there will be no public calling hours or services. Burial will be private at the convenience of her family. On Sunday January 22, 2023 the family will have a memorial dinner to honor her at the Mooers Fire Station from 1pm to 5 pm. Food can be dropped off at Noon. Donations in memory of Linda M.
