Mark and I had met Mike and Marge through the Elks Lodge many years ago when our children were young.
We were all heavily involved and passionate about the lodge ceremonies and functions but they also invited us to their home and took the time to get to know and enjoy visiting with our children and family outside of the Lodge.
There were just a few Elks “functions” that Mark, Ed Gardner and Mike were together for that, let’s just say, they all ended up a little tipsy after the business was taken care of.
There are many good and funny memories we have of Mike Z that will continue to make us chuckle as we remember him.
He will be missed.
