I am so sad to hear of Shirley's passing. I got to know her through my employment and I thought of her as a friend. She was a kind and generous person. When I retired she brought me gifts and I was so touched by her kindness. A warm wonderful person and she will be deeply missed. My hope is that she is reunited with her son and her joy is complete.

Dear Jeanna and Lisa,
I am so very sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I remember all the times we shared as cousins growing up. We had lots of fun together and shared many happy memories. Camping, Sunday picnics, birthdays and, holiday celebrations to name a few. Your mom was very creative and had a wonderful sense of humor. She would take us for walks and we would stop to take a swim at the park a short distance from your home. When I was really little I can remember my dad going to pick her up at Grandma's and she would be in the barn feeding the animals or just holding the bunnies. She would babysit us when we were little and even afterschool sometimes. She took good care of us and kept us busy for sure.
Last Christmas I sent her a card to wish her a happy Christmas season. The card had a picture of a deer in the woods during winter. When she sent her card back she commented on the card and indicated she was going to paint that picture. This exemplifies her love for animals , nature and art.
I hope the two of you are able to find peace in your hearts in the coming weeks. Your mom would have wanted that for you. We can all hold on to the hope that she too is at peace and has been reunited with those she loves especially Michael. Hold on to all the good memories and remember love never goes away. She will be missed and remembered. Love you both, Kathy

We are so sorry for the loss of your beautiful mother, and our loving Aunt Shirley. She was a special person that was full of life—always laughing and smiling! She will always be fondly remembered and we will miss her. Love…the Moller’s, the Worges, and the Brett children.

Had the privilege to work with Shirley for a few years.She was so good with our students. I truly loved Shirley. She was a good friend and I will miss her. I know she's with Micheal now so she's happy.RIP my friend
