Jane W Gordon, 74 of Keeseville, died on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at the UVM Health Network - CVPH, Plattsburgh, with her loving family by her side. She was born in Plattsburgh on September 8, 1947 the daughter of Wilfred and Jean (Baraby) Perkett. Jane attended the Catholic Convent in Keeseville and graduated from Keeseville High School where she earned the Annie Oakley award in Rifle Club. She then graduated from Our Lady of Victory with a secretarial degree. Jane worked full time as a legal secretary for Bradford H Brinton Attorney at Law and then part time at Clute Clute and Thompson Attorneys at Law. She retired from the Town of Chesterfield where she was a Full Time Court Clerk. Jane was a very quiet and strong woman who experienced many medical challenges over the last 10 years including a liver transplant. She enjoyed reading, watching television and going on adventures with her daughter. She was most content staying home sitting in her power recliner watching the birds, deer and other wildlife at the farm. She was very fortunate to have several close friends and relatives who called and visited often. She was the best Wife, Mother and Friend anyone could ever ask for. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 55 years, Raymond Gordon; daughter, Judy Cetnar (Dale); special cousin, Bryan Baraby; brothers in law, Paul Gordon (Florence), Warren Gordon, and Peter Gordon (Connie); along with several cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by Louis Baraby ( Uncle ), Doris Philapanko (Aunt), Emma Baraby (Grandmother) and Oril and Ruth Gordon (Mother and Father in law). Honoring her wishes there will be no public calling hours or services. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Jane W Gordon may be made to Harbor House of Rochester 89 Rossiter Road, Rochester, NY 14620-4125 who provided a "home-away-from-home" for Jane and family during Jane's Liver Transplant.
