I know I already wrote to you but I just wanted to say thank you for being like a mother to me and thank you for being such a great friend. You always referred to me as your “daughter” and that made me feel so welcomed. So thank you for that and thank you for the wonderful years that I got to have with you. I enjoyed every second of your company all of the time! Spending time with you was a great joy. Thank you my ME! I’ll always love you!

Brenda was my grandmother, not by blood, but wouldn’t consider her any less because of it. She loved me like her own, loved my kids like her own, and went above and beyond to always show us that. Her ecstatic energy was the best part about her. She was loud, rambunctious, and just overall a very loving, fun person. RIP, MeMe. You aren’t hurting anymore.
