Our deepest sympathies to Elwin's family.
Elwin holds a special place in our hearts.
When we were stationed at Plattsburgh in the 1990s, Elwin was our realtor, and found us our first home in Peru. Additionally, our late family member, Tom Beland did the renovation at his Peru home. Elwin was the consumate professional, and gentle man and the first friend we met there. He will be missed.
