Obituary of Keith L. Purick

Keith L. Purick, 51, of the Murphy Road, Peru, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, September, 29, 2021, at home. He was born in Plattsburgh on June 15, 1970, the son of Wilbur and Kathleen (Moran) Purick. Keith graduated from AuSable Valley Central School in 1988. He attended Clinton Community College. He was currently employed by the Plumbers and Fitters Union Local 773. Keith enjoyed hiking, playing golf with friends, long walks with his dog, but his true joy was spending time with his daughter, Emily. Together they enjoyed canoeing, 4-wheeler riding, and attending her horse show events. He enjoyed life and he is loved. Survivors include his daughter, Emily Purick; father, Wilbur Purick; brothers, William Purick and David Purick; sister, Sue Purick; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother, Kathleen A. Purick, January 4, 2018. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 5 to 7 PM at the Hamilton Funeral Home, 294 Mannix Road, Peru. A funeral service will follow in the Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. William G. Reamer, officiating.
