Obituary of David R. Pellerin

David R. “Dave” Pellerin, 67, of Redford, passed away on Friday, August 27, 2021 at his home under the loving care of his family and Hospice of the North Country. He was born in Plattsburgh on August 29, 1953, the son of Adelor and Janette (Fournia) Pellerin. Dave work for the Laborer’s Union #186 until his retirement and was a member of American Legion Post 1619. He loved hunting and always looked forward to deer season. When not in the woods, Dave enjoyed golfing. He is survived by his loyal canine companion, Boomer; daughter, Mindy and companion, David; grandchildren, Brayden and Izabella; son, Jason and granddog, Biggy; Uncle Joseph Fournia; four sisters, Debbie Smith, Jackie and Jake Jacoby, Lisa and Joel Scarborough, and Michele and Keith Desrocher; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Dave was predeceased by his parents, Adelor and Janette Pellerin. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 3, 2021 at Noon at the Church of the Assumption, Redford with Rev. Mike, celebrating. A gathering will follow at the Saranac American Legion Post 1618, 275 Wilson Rd, Saranac. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of David R.
