On Sunday, August 22, 2021, Marina A. "Mary" Kramp went home to be with her Lord. She was born on January 14, 1946 in Vigan City, Philippines to Enrique and Filomena (Delacruz) Arce. Marina married Kenneth Kramp who was stationed in the Philippines in 1972. They were married for 49 years. Together, with their young family, they traveled and moved to several different air bases around the country before settling at PAFB, until retirement. Marina was very proud to become a United States Citizen in the early 2000s. Marina was a very successful businesswoman, diligent caretaker, faithful wife and loving mother. Marina loved her Lord. She enjoyed fellowshipping with people, laughing, singing, listening to music, flowers, decorating, gardening, watching game shows, cooking amazing Filipino food, and spending time with her friends and family. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Kramp of Mooers; children, Donna and Chad Sterling of Plattsburgh, Michelle and Luke Moya of Hanover PA, and Christine and Adam Tuper of Champlain, and six grandchildren whom she loved fiercely, Victoria Elisabeth, Makayla Elisabeth, Jacquelyn Rose, Lasario Cayden, Levi James, and Rebekah Elisabeth. A funeral service will be held Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 11 AM at the Bible Baptist Church, State Route 9 in Plattsburgh. A reception will follow at the church. All are welcome. Burial will be held Friday, August 27, 2021 at 1 PM in Bath National Cemetery in Bath, NY. Donations in her memory may be made to the Harvest Bound Camp, West Chazy, NY. Arrangements are in the care of the Hamilton Funeral Home, 294 Mannix Road, Peru, 643-9055.
