Obituary of Carl Arthur Hart
Carl Arthur Hart, 70, of Basket Avenue, Keeseville, husband of Sandra Ann Hart, died Saturday, March 20, 2021, at his home, under the loving care of his family and Hospice of the North Country.
He was born in Plattsburgh, July 31, 1950, the son of Wilfred George and Hazel Violet (Goucher) Hart.
