He was born in Plattsburgh, February 14, 1970. Roger grew up in Morrisonville and attended Peru Central School.
He worked locally as a Ford Senior Master Technician for 25 years. His life revolved around auto mechanics. Whether making his living at a Ford garage, or working in his home garage, it always involved working on anything with an engine. Working on vehicles was lifelong passion.

Roger was a lifelong and avid auto racing driver and fan. He raced at Airborne from the time he was age 14 until 2017 when his health struggles prohibited him from participating. He raced in every class throughout the years.
He took great pride in working on and driving his 1950 Chrysler. Together with friends and family working on cars, was when he was happiest. He fought the good fight and never gave up. He will be missed by all who loved him.
