Robert C. Thomson, 72, of the Port Douglas Road, Keeseville, passed away on the morning of Tuesday, May 16th, 2023, with his loving family at his side. He was born in Binghamton, October 12, 1950, the son of William and Beverly (Hammond) Thomson. Robert was a high school graduate and also earned an Associates Degree. A proud veteran of both the US Army and US Navy, he was honorably discharged from both. Robert or "Bob", as most referred to him, could be found tinkering in the garage or relaxing with the history channel on the television. Bob was a sweet, caring, and selfless man who did anything he could to make sure his family was taken care of. Left to cherish the memory of Bob are, his beautiful bride of 45 years, Debbie (Myer) Thomson; his two boys, Scott (Kylie) Thomson, and Kody (Raelene) Thomson; beloved grandson, Khale; soon to be born granddaughter, Adrienne; and of course his faithful canine companion, Bailey, and his cats, Sampson and Binx. At Bob's request there will be no calling hours or services. Donations in his memory may be made to the Keeseville Fire Department. Arrangements are in the care of the Hamilton Funeral Home, 124 Clinton Street, Keeseville, 834-7667.
