Bernard Richard "Bernie" Blaise, Jr., 59, of the Bear Swamp Road, Peru, died Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at his residence. He was born in Plattsburgh, March 17, 1963, the son of Bernard Richard, Sr. and Agnes Florence (Hosler) Blaise. There will be no public services.
