Dwight W. Gough of Sunset Drive, Willsboro, passed away on November 27, 2018 at the UVM Health Network, CVPH in Plattsburgh with his family by his side.
Dwight was born in Lewis on December 11, 1942, the son of Winfield and Irene (Fish) Gough.
Dwight worked 30+ years at Allen Rogers Mill in Lewis and finished his working career driving truck for Sheehan and Sons in Willsboro.
He was an avid hunter, fisherman and Volunteer Reber Fireman for 55 years.
He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Nancy (Brown); daughter, Carla and her sons, Kyle and wife Becky, and Kenneth and his girlfriend Alicia; son, Brian and wife Melissa and their children, Payton and Jaycob; his brother, Nathan and wife Barbara; five great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Larry Brown; sisters-in-law, Tammy Christian and Patsy McClellan; and many nieces and nephews.
Dwight was predeceased by his parents; brothers, Paul and Pete; sister, Ruth; and brother-in-law, Andy Brown.
Relatives and friends may call Friday, November 30, 2018 from 12:30 to 2:30 PM at the Hamilton Funeral Home, 294 Mannix Road, Peru. Burial will follow in the Reber Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Dwight W. Gough may be made to the Reber Volunteer Fire Department.
