Obituary of Arthur Osher

Arthur Lee "Art" Osher, 73, of State Route 22, Plattsburgh, died Christmas Day, 2017, under the loving care of his long-time companion and Hospice of the North Country.

He was born in Plattsburgh, July 13, 1944, the son of Richard Henry and Dorothy May (Garrant) Osher.

Left to cherish the memory of Art are, his companion of 28 years, Fay Bouvia; son, Elvis Osher; sister and brother-in-law, Rebecca and Dale Reid; 2 grandchildren; and 2 nieces.

At Art's request there will be no public calling hours or services.
