Beverly Anne Supernaw

Schuyler Falls – Beverly Anne Supernaw, 77, of the Salmon River Road, Schuyler Falls, died Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Meadowbrook Healthcare in Plattsburgh, with her loving family by her side.

She was born in Plattsburgh, June 8, 1940, the daughter of Harold E. and Anna Laura (Rinn) Bruce. She grew up in Plattsburgh and attended Our Lady of Victory in Plattsburgh and graduated from Peru Central School.

Beverly was a very loving and dedicated wife and mother. She always put her family first. She was "mom" to all the kids in the neighborhood. She enjoyed gardening/flowers, scrapbooking, creating photo albums, yard sales and craft shows. She loved all the family gatherings and always made sure the holidays were special. Beverly was a wonderful cook with many old fashioned recipes. She enjoyed going to local country music concerts; Roy Hurd was her favorite. She also loved to attend her school reunions – having that social time with "the girls".

Left to cherish the memory of Beverly are, her loving husband of 57 years, Bert Edwin Supernaw, whom she married, August 6, 1960 in Schuyler Falls; her children, Teresa Campilango, Sheryl Anderson and her companion Dan Clark, Donna Scarborough and her husband Russell, all of Schuyler Falls, and Bert J. Supernaw and his companion Anna Bontorno of Owego, NY. Her grandchildren include: Amy Rowe of Plattsburgh, Laurie Ann and Keith Riley of Alabama, Ashley Marie Brault and her fiancé David Potter of Syracuse, David Grube, Jr. of Plattsburgh, and Jennifer and Jonathan Ocasio of Plattsburgh. Her great-grandchildren include: Tyler Perry, Caitlyn Perry, Andrew and Patrick Rowe, RuthAnn, Jasmine and Drake Riley, Teagan Thibeault and Annika Occasion; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Lyman Bruce; and sister, Carol Tripp.

At Beverly's request visitation and service will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in the Schuyler Falls Cemetery.
