|  Richard H. Dilzer Peru - Richard H. Dilzer, 78, of Mitch Way, Peru died Saturday, September 4, 2010 at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. He was born in Butler, NJ, January 1, 1932 the son of Raymond J. Dilzer of Butler, NJ and Irene M. Harrington of Peru. He served in the United States Army from 1954 until his honorable discharge in 1956. He graduated from Rutgers University School of Pharmacy and worked as a Pharmacist in New Jersey before retiring in Peru in 2001. Survivors include a brother, Charles Dilzer and his wife Mary M. Dilzer of Peru; a brother-in-law, Joseph Cook of Pleasanton, CA; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; and a sister, Jane Dilzer Cook. At Richard's request there will be no public calling hours or services. Donations in his memory may be made to the Fitzpatrick Cancer Center, 75 Beekman Street, Plattsburgh, NY, 12901.
