Blessed are they that mourn for they shall be comforted. Matthew 5:4 As it is written in Isaiah 61:1-3, may our gracious and merciful Father grant you beauty for ashes, the oil of joy in your mourning, and the garments of praise for the spirit of heaviness. Truly you ARE trees of righteousness and your testimony glorifies Him. Gary and Lyn are friends from the Dannemora Methodist Church. We have been lifting you and your family up in prayer. They supported me and my family when my husband, Tim, died unexpectedly last June. I know that there are not words big enough, nor arms strong enough to lift you up . . .but there IS great strength in God, and in the collective efforts of family, friends, and community, to help us bear the heaviest of burdens. It is my most sincere prayer that you will feel God's comfort and tender care for you as you weep together. Your Morgin and my Abbey were born just five days apart. She must have been a true ray of sunshine in your lives, and I know that you will miss her beyond bearing sometimes. May the loving support of those who reach out to you lift you up when you can't stand alone. May you find that you sense Morgin's love and presence ever near you. . . in some ways closer to you than she has ever been . . .and may you ever look forward to the hope that is yours in Christ, knowing that you will be together again.
